How does Bookyeet charge, and who pays?
Our proposed fee is a flat ₹11.25 per paid ticket, with no percentage commission or monthly subscription. Add it to the buyer’s checkout total, or absorb it yourself to show one ticket price. Gateway fees and taxes are separate. Extra organiser service fees are not supported yet.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. Free tickets have no Bookyeet fee. You can still collect registrations, issue individual QR tickets and check attendees in.
Are tickets sent as a PDF or on WhatsApp?
Today, buyers view their individual QR tickets on the order page after confirming a booking, using the same browser. PDF downloads, email delivery and WhatsApp delivery are not available yet.
How does check-in work?
Your team scans each attendee’s QR ticket using the event check-in screen. Bookyeet checks whether the ticket is valid and already used. Check-in currently needs an internet connection.
